Vel-Suede is a parts manufacturer for the optical equipment and precision machinery industries, and its products are widely supplied all over the world.
Our group employees are aware of its significance and are committed to fulfilling social responsibility with a strong sense of ethics as members of society. Additionally, they are dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable work environment.
We will fulfill our economic and legal responsibilities and strive to develop our business under ISO9001, ISO14001, and our company's basic policies on corporate ethics, labor, safety and health.

SDG Initiatives

Initiatives to switch to LED
As an energy-saving initiative, we have switched to LED throughout the company. We are environmentally friendly by reducing electricity usage.
Reduction of CO2 emissions
Be considerate energy usage, all employees are working to reduce CO2 emissions.
Maintain health and protect life
In order to maintain the health of our employees, we collaborate with industrial physicians to conduct regular health checkups and mental health measures. Additionally, we have installed AEDs for all employees and local residents in case of an emergency.
Procurement of Raw Materials
By clarifying the environmentally hazardous substances contained in the materials, parts, packaging, etc. we procure, we aim to preserve the global environment and reduce the impact on the ecosystem.
Product Assessment and Environmental Impact Reduction
We conduct surveys of environmentally hazardous substances contained in the parts and materials that make up our products.We strive to understand the content of environmentally hazardous substances and promote reductions in environmental impact.
Protect human rights
We comply with laws and regulations and respect the human rights of workers. We respect the privacy of our employees, pay close attention to the handling of personal information, and strive to manage it appropriately.
